Notary Fees

Travel & Appointment Charges
Travel charges vary based on the appointment location, distance and where we are traveling from for that appointment. Please contact us for the travel charge for your location.
Evening, late-night, weekend and holiday appointments may sometimes be available and may be subject to an additional after-hours charge.
Wedding Late Fees
Late time is measured from the scheduled service time until identification and the marriage license are in hand and the service can begin.

| 31–59 minutes late | $100 |
| 60 minutes late | $125 |
| More than 60 minutes late | $125 + $15 for every 1–5 minutes over one hour |
Background Screening
Current GLBA-compliant background screening is maintained and renewed regularly.

Cash, Visa and Mastercard accepted. Sorry, no personal checks.
