Bradenton / Sarasota to Port Charlotte, Arcadia to Sebring; and from Cape Coral / Fort Myers to Naples.

  • Laser printers (HP 4250tn & HP 1320 and Sharp AL-1655CS copier/printer)
  • Inkjet printer (HP Deskjet 5550 & HP 3300 & HP 1510 AIO)
  • eDOCS capable (by eFax or Email)

  • Copy machine (HP 1510 AIO) @ loan signing in case needed
  • Fingerprinting

Costs:
Notary Fees (all except weddings & are included in Loan Signing Fees)
 1 - 4 Notarizations = $10.00 each
 5 - 8 Notarizations = $5.00 each over 4
 9 - 12 Notarizations = $2.50 each over 8
 13 + above Notarizations = $1.00 each over 12
Weddings - $30.00 (Traditional,  Alternate, and your own ceremony options)
Notary Presentment $40.00/hour
Travel
  Port Charlotte - $10 - $15*
  Punta Gorda & North Port - $15 - 25*
  Venice & Englewood - $35 - $50
  Boca Grande - $50 (Including Bridge Toll)
  Sarasota & Fort Myers - $55 - $95
 All other locations up to 150 miles round trip - $25 - $150*
 Please contact me for exact charges.  All mileage based on Map Quest calculations.

* Most weddings will be performed by  Notary Public  from Charlotte County,  so travel charges are based
 from Charlotte County / Port Charlotte.
After hours & weekend/holiday  charges (after 7PM and before 9AM) Contact me for this charge
Late Fees: (ID/Marriage License in hand & service beginning)
 Up to 14 minutes late - $0
 15 minutes to 29 - $30
 30 minutes to 59 - $75
 60 minutes & over - $100 + $2/minute billed in 5 minute increments ($10/5 minutes, with minimum 5
   minute increments)

Mortgage Closings
  First Set Loan Documents - $100 - $250
 Second Set of Loan Documents - $50 - $150
 e-Docs (Fax or email) - $25 - $50
 Last minute rush / Late hour order - $25 minimum each
 Cancellation less than 2 hours - $25 (+ printing if printed)
 Cancellation at table - $40.00 + Travel charges
 *DISCOUNTS available for bulk signings per month
