About Our Weddings
When you have a wedding (or commitment ceremony) performed by Your SW FL Notary, it does not have to follow a traditional church-style ceremony where you are simply told what to do and how to do it. With our ceremony, you tell us how you want it done — from what is said in your vows to how elaborate or how simple you want the ceremony to be.
We offer three options for your ceremonial vows: a more traditional ceremony, a less-formal alternative, or a ceremony personalized however you want it. It can be as elaborate or as brief as you choose, so long as it meets Florida's requirements confirming that you each want to marry the other.
Wedding Fee
Wedding ceremony: $30.00
Travel charges vary based on the appointment location, distance and where we are traveling from for that appointment. Please contact us for the travel charge for your location.
Evening, late-night, weekend and holiday appointments may sometimes be available and may be subject to an additional after-hours charge.
Wedding Late Fees
Late time is measured from the scheduled service time until identification and the marriage license are in hand and the service can begin.

| 15–30 minutes late | $40 |
| 31–59 minutes late | $100 |
| 60 minutes late | $125 |
| More than 60 minutes late | $125 + $15 for every 1–5 minutes over one hour |

Before the Ceremony
Please bring valid, non-expired identification and your marriage license.
Gratuities for good service are appreciated, but never required.
