Welcome to the Southwest Florida Notaries website.   

We can sometimes be available 24/7/365, however we are now only available by appointment.    In most
instances  our  normal  business  hours  are  Monday  through  Friday  from  10 A.M. until  6  P.M.  except
holidays.    Evenings, late nights, weekends, and  holidays may have after hour charges.     Our services
are always on a first come-first serve basis.

We  do not  have a physical office,  as we are a comprehensive  mobile notary service  (which  includes  
notarizing  wills,  trusts,  deeds,  tattoo  authorizations, etc.,  and performing weddings)  at your location
anywhere  in  Southwest  Florida.   This  includes  Sarasota,  Venice,  and North Port in Sarasota County,
Englewood,  Port  Charlotte,  Punta  Gorda  in  Charlotte  County;  Arcadia  in  Desoto  County;  Sebring  in
Highlands County;  Cape Coral,  Fort Myers,  Lehigh Acres and Bonita Springs in Lee County; and Naples,
Marco Island,  and Immokalee in Collier County.   All of our Notaries have  GLBA- Compliant  Background
Screening Certification.
